I saw this provider as my regular PA was on vacation on 1/4/17. As I have an extensive history of colds that quickly develop into secondary infections, my regular provider always performs an antibiotic steroid injection in addition to regular prescribed antibiotics. My regular provider should know my history as he has been my primary HCP for 20 years. I explained all this to Mr. Vogt. He was not willing to do this. His ego is more important that the welfare of the patient!
