I really liked the optometrist but the hours at this location is horrible. I ordered contacts in January and after multiple delays they finally arrived. I made the mistake of scheduling my appointment on the ONLY day I have off, Thursday, but I overslept. I called to see if I can just come in to grab the contacts but they won’t even let me have them. So i had to reschedule, but guess what? The doctor is off all next week, so I have to wait an extra 2 weeks just so I can finally grab my contacts. I ordered them on Jan 11 and I am so lucky to be able to pick them up on Mar 7. Extremely disappointed.

My mother went to this doctor a month ago they said they would sent over the prescription to our desired pharmacy. We waited for days for this to be done and it never was, they kept saying it was the pharmacy’s fault so we switched to another pharmacy we kept having the same trouble with them not sending over the prescription. I kept calling everyday to their office and they kept saying they were busy but that it would be done by the end of the day. Finally today they call us in and the doctor who has no idea of what’s going on says “he’s not gonna argue with me about it” told us they had lost her prescription file and that this “occasionally” happens sometimes. This whole time they were telling us on the phone that it was just because they were busy and that it would get done. Doctor had an attitude while talking to us but no clue what was going on in his office. Called for a whole month just for them to say they lost her file. Ridiculous doctor and office staff.

The worst staff This poor doctor has hired, it's very hard to see how the man still has Business.My Tadler had an appointment late August it is now late September and I have not had a call back,a courtesy phone call, The only time is when I called up there to ask where my glasses were and the lady said "oh I'm terribly sorry they no longer had you must come pick out a new pair" fueling with anger I held my composure went and picked out, it is end of September my son is still blind no glasses
