Dr. McDermott is an excellent Chiropractor. I highly recommend him. I have been treated by him for many, many years. He is a skilled doctor. He is compassionate, very caring and strives to get you feeling great.

Never had back pain until...... And went to Dr Bill and was feeling better the very first visit. No "cracking" but his way is wonderful. They have walk-in hours Monday thru Saturday which makes it very accommodating and no long waiting to be seen. Very comfortable atmosphere and you don't feel like a number. Dr. McDermott diagnosed my issues and began “fixing” me on my very first visit. I don’t like being “cracked”. Although he can “crack” you, his gentle adjustment alternative is so much better for me. My back pain is definitely improving and I recommend him to anyone searching for a chiropractor. His office setting is very calming and enjoyable. Margaret, Dr. McDermott’s licensed chiropractor assistant is so sweet and helpful. From the time she greets you at the door to the time you leave - she is by your side to finish your ice or heat treatment, traction, stim treatment or whatever is needed to get you feeling better. You couldn’t ask for a better team. I highly recommend them if your in need of chiropractic treatment!

I have been seeing Dr Bill for a few years now. Whenever I have a back episode, he fits me right in. I always tell him he’s a magician!!! He’s attentive and kind and the best chiropractor I have ever seen, and I have seen a lot of chiropractors in my day. After a visit he will text you the next day to see how you’re feeling. You just don’t find doctors like Dr Bill these days. I have to give kudos to Margaret his assistant as well, she is so professional, kind and caring. She always makes sure you are comfortable. The two of them are the perfect team!!!!! I always feel comfortable when I walk into McDermott chiropractic knowing that without a shadow of a doubt I am going to feel better when I leave.. Dr Bill is one of the most caring physicians I have ever met! He gives great care and even takes you in at a spur of the moment if you need him. He always checks up on you by text the day after your first visit to make sure how you are feeling. You leave his office feeling well cared for! Would recommend him 100 times over!

I experienced a severe skiing injury to my lower back over ten years ago and never received adequate treatment. Initially, I was fairly skeptical of the capabilities of chiropractic treatment in general, but I did my research and visited Dr. McDermott to help treat the constant throbbing pain I had in my lower back and associated sleep problems. Upon just a few visits, I experienced astounding results and very noticeable relief, and throughout the past couple months, I have gradually felt even better. On top of their effectiveness, Dr. McDermott is very personable and runs a great professional practice.

Love him and his staff so much! He is very good, very knowledgeable and has worked miracles on me! The office itself is very cozy and such a warm, relaxing atmosphere! Can't say enough good things about Dr. MacDermott, Margaret, and his practice!
