I have been seeing Matt for 5 years now he has helped me through tough times. I have had some fears with my sobriety I am afraid of relasping on my sobriety birthday in November. He cares and listens he doesn't pass judgement on me. I can ask him questions and he gives me help and support and advice. He has taught me different and new coping skills to use when I'm having a bad day. I really feel comfortable with him helping me. He is good counselor for me to have. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
