I called 11-14-2024 at 836 AM, my understanding is that your office was open. The woman who answered informed me that they could not take an appointment because her computer was starting. As a former manager, my employees were expected to be ready to work at open. I chalked it up to technical issues and left a callback number for her to call once the computer was online. After waiting 45 minutes I called back, and was immediately put on hold. Okay no problem, things get busy. Then another woman picked up the phone and once i explained my experience so far, she basically had an 'oh well' attitude, was cutting me off, and not listening to the answers to the questions she gave me. Long story short, I explained this, and the office clerk basically didn't care to try to gain or retain my business.
