William Glasser, MSN

I've been seeing Dr Glasser for approximately a year. I like his straightforward approach. He doesn't sugarcoat or fluff things. I was very impressed with him. And I look forward to continuing a professional relationship with him. If anyone is seeking mental health needs I highly recommend him.

Dr. Glasser is absolutely terrific. Anyone who doesn’t like him simply doesn’t have a sense of humor. He explains everything in detail and answers all questions without rushing you or making you feel like you aren’t worth his time. I feel as if I am having a conversation with a friend. I have had doctors make me feel ashamed for having to take medications for my mental health and that is never the case with Dr. Glasser. Anyone struggling with mental health and has any reservations about taking medications I strongly recommend Dr. Glasser.

I was quite put off by some of these reviews but I didn’t let it stop me. After having my telehealth appointment today, it became apparent why some people have jumped to being so judgmental about NP Glasser. He has a dry sense of humor which I can DEFINITELY appreciate. While I understand that not everyone “gets” it, i think it’s important to make sure we are aware that this does not make someone full of themselves or arrogant. I actually felt he was very forthcoming and down to earth. He explains everything and will frequently ask if I’m understanding, have questions or would like additional info on the topic. It IS important that we find someone we are comfortable with but I encourage everyone to not jump to assumptions so quickly because his personality may differ from yours.

He's awful. he truly is the most condescending and arrogant person ever. if you're struggling right now you're gonna struggle more if you go to him for help. stay away!!

This is by far the worst nurse practitioner I have ever met. He is the most self-absorbed, arrogant, rude, narcissist, and inconsiderate person ever. He wanted me to wait outside while seeing my child, and not have me come in. He insisted for me to wait in the waiting room, while I declined. All he did during his visit, was to brag about his knowledge, education and how intelligent he is. He also met with my child for 5 min. He is awful, find someone else for help. Don’t waste your time.

I've been seeing William Glasser for about six months. He's incredibly insightful about my treatment and really thinks outside the box. Another user wrote that he checks his messages during appointments and he is right, he does. BUT he has answered me every single time I text his emergency number and is incredibly flexible. I can tell that he takes his patients needs very seriously and has found a solution for me to have the most effective medication to lead a full life.

He's a decent psych nurse but it's hard to get ahold of him on his "emergency" number. He never/ rarely replys. But when in with him he's always responding to his messages on his phone.
