I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. William A. Crum and I couldn't be happier with the level of care and attention he provided. From my initial consultation to my follow-up appointments, he took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process and answer all of my questions. He is incredibly knowledgeable and well-versed in the latest optometry techniques and technologies. Dr. Crum's attention to detail and diagnostic skills were impressive. He took the time to carefully evaluate my eyes and provide a comprehensive treatment plan. He also spent time discussing my vision needs and goals, and provided me with the best options for my individual case. Dr. Crum is not only a professional but a wonderful person. He made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. He is kind, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with my care. I highly recommend Dr. Crum to anyone looking for an excellent optometrist.

Experience prior to today has been very good. I went in for my scheduled annual exam today and was asked to sign off on the contact lens exam release and also given a laminated sheet to read regarding the $29 retinal scan they perform. Having been to a retinal specialist 3x this year because of a potential problem, I asked to opt out for this year and was told that was not an option. Dr. Crum has been copied on all my retinal exams, so it would have been nice for the staff to ask him about it. Unfortunately, that was not done and I opted to leave. My family has been going to Dr. Crum for quite a few years. He is both professional and friendly. He explains everything and if you call the office for additional information the staff is quick to reply. We would definitely recommend him and his office.
