If you are looking to give birth in an environment where your choices of how you birth are respected and followed, where the midwives take their cues from YOU (and not a monitor or textbooks) than this is the place for you! I have had the good fortune of having all 3 of my children at the Rogue Birth Center. All the midwives have been courteous, kind, very informative and supportive. Appointments were an hour long which gave ample time to ask my questions and also to get to know the midwives more personally. My husband was very appreciative of the fact that the birth center is only a few minutes away from our local hospital should an emergency arise and that the midwives were well prepared to handle a plethora of medical events should they occur. I really can't recommend them enough!
