Being well is a choice! I provide supportive, cognitive-behavioral and experiential counseling services for my clients. I believe in assignments in addition to talk therapy: I will not work harder than you do!  I am able to provide spiritual counseling.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor. My passion is to help individuals and families find their own paths to being well: I am just a guide. I enjoy supervising Masters Interns and LCSW candidates.  I enjoy writing, camping, hiking, baking,playing with my Aussie mix, and anything Texas!
