Dr. Wendy Spiegel, OD

Today was the second time I visited this establishment with my seven-year-old daughter. A year ago we visited and had an eye exam and Wendy screamed at me while she was giving my daughter the exam because I was trying to help my daughter who was six at the time. She was having a hard time with the letters because she’s shy. Today Wendy was extremely rude and totally brash while giving her , her second eye exam. When we arrived, the staff didn’t even say hello and were totally rude to us as soon as we walked in the door ? When we were leaving, I turned off the lights in the exam room, and Wendy turned to me and said don’t turn off my lights in a very rude manner. I actually apologized to her for turning off her lights . It was the worst experience a father could have trying to take care of his daughter’s eyes just to get proper glasses for her so she can go to school and learn. I have never experienced such a rude people for some thing that should be a pleasant experience.
