Wendy Persson, IMFT

My now ex wife and I had gone to Wendy for couples therapy. Initially I thought Wendy was very personable and showed a desire to help. At one point we had changed insurance and Wendy became nasty concerning the change insurance. As therapy continued Wendy began sharing a lot of her personal issues about her and her relationship, specifically her husbands struggles which I thought was very unprofessional. I had asked Wendy some specific questions throughout therapy concerning my ex wife. Wendy then reached out to my ex wife via email which we often shared. I spoke to Wendy about the break in trust which she never fully addressed. I gave Wendy plenty of opportunities to address what she did and she never would. I believe due her own personal issues she is incapable of treating men fairly throughout therapy and will definitely lie if needed which was very disappointing. So specific warning to men she will lie to you if needed.

Cannot express enough my pleasure and success after working with Wendy. Never worked with a therapist before and I found her very easy to talk with and share my feelings both good and bad. I wold highly recommend Wendy to anyone!
