Did not listen to me and order additional tests when I had every single symptom of hypothyroidism still with medication. Very sassy if you try to tell her that her treatment isn’t working and makes you feel embarrassed to talk to her. On the search for a new doctor who has at least an ounce of compassion.

My wife saw her. Ran a basic test and told her not to drink less coffee and then sent her on her way. Finally went to see an Endocrinoogist at a separate facility and the doctor spent time with her, ordered a series of tests, and then identified the medical issue. These tests were not rare or complex. The only difference was this Doctor spent time with her. Avoid this place if you have anything other than diabetes.

This is a doctor who relies on blood test results, comes in with the answers before seeing the patients. I was so frustrated with being tired & my brain not working, I started to cry (she had ordered the labsb4 the appt.) - but only initial tests, not a complete workup.) when I tried to explain my family history - She looked at me impassively, said "but I'm treating you, not your family." I left feeling humiliated. 2nd opionon found the issue - identified easily had she just cared to look.
