Great EMDR therapist.

I had a great experience, I felt connected and heard during my appointment.

Waited 2 months to get two children in for a first appointment. Because it was so far out I requested to go ahead and schedule future appointments. I was told no, but once a patient, it would be easy to schedule ongoing weekly or bi-weekly. We show up and person at desk started out by trying to schedule future appointments. She told me the first available next appointment was 2-1/2 months away. Why tell people your accepting new patients when you clearly don't have enough time to schedule them. We could have found another provider if that was the case. Kids were taken out of school and I also lost 5 hours of pay for taking off work to do this for my kids. Completely disrespectful of peoples valuable time, especially children who have gone through severe trauma needing the help.
