Her site says 'she will not shy away from addressing issues pertaining to all identities, or discussing the effects of marginalization, oppression, and othering.'She was promoted to boss role in one of her jobs as she's ok at politics. Non-marginalized people tend to like her. When I brought up oppression in groups, feedback was unwelcome yet she was verbatim writing down my statements, which were not used in my file. Why? She values having power and taking content credit. She wants to be a lecturer. Doesn't listen nor understand what it means to be marginalized and systemically oppressed to the level of her clients but thinks herself an expert. More likely to enforce rules for people too marginalized to self-advocate. E.g. wouldn't call out any men for being off-cam while enforcing all women had to be on cam at same remote group. Do you see anyone clearly marginalized in her office that she has promoted or hired? She doesn't want her teaching questioned and can't handle criticism.

Wendy is the absolute best. Part of me doesn't want to write this review so that her schedule doesn't fill up even more but the world's got to know what a rock star she is and how much she has helped me in the last year. You need to book far in advance, but if you have a crisis she will make time for you.
