She is a nice person but the prescriptions that have been given to me for glasses and contacts - do not work. I've been dealing with them for 5 months now on my glasses that do not fit right and I cannot see out of. I just talked with the technician and they will not allow me to pick another pair of glass, since these glasses are painful on my nose/face and I'm unable to wear. $600, all sales are final. I am out this money. They don't care. My contacts-I've had 4 samples, still don't work.
