I cannot see myself recommending Dr. Lowe to any of my family or friends. Appointment dates were constantly changed and my need to work in conjunction with other doctor appointments that tied in to my seeing Dr. Lowe were disregarded. My phone calls were rarely returned for weeks at a time. He also failed to share my testing results with my psychiatrist which delayed my treatment plans. I had to call the staff myself since they would not follow up with me and I was made to feel like a bother.
