Dr. Vivian Carta-Sanchez, DNP

First, I want to begin by saying Dr. Carta-Sanchez is an amazing doctor. She is very attentive and is such a pleasure to talk to her. Her patients always come first. If I could give her a million stars I would. Unfortunately, the staff does not have the same attitude. They are very rude and short with the patients. They are not eager to assist without being short and unprofessional. I really do think is it such a shame, that we have to be subjected to this. Sorry Dr. Sanchez, but you need to speak with you staff, so that they can take a class on how to properly speak to your patients.

I was referred by my insurance company here so I was a little hesitant but so pleasantly surprised by Dr. Sanchez’s bedside manner, attention to detail, and the time she spent talking to me and my husband going over everything since we were new parents. It was so nice to finally have a doctor that takes the time to listen and discuss things instead of rushing us out the room to see another patient.

Excellent, attentive, personable & professional. Answers questions thoroughly & takes the time to be sure she is understood. Answers calls and emails promptly.

She is always ready with appointment dates, wait time in office is short. A great healthcare giver. Will keep her as long as she is in practice

Vivian Carta-Sanchez has been my wife and my GP for a number of years. She is amazingly dedicated and caring and has always taken good care of us when we had health issues including one recent time when we were out of town in Seattle Washington. She visited with us on the phone the day we called and called in a prescription to the local Seattle Pharmacy. I highly recommend her to all my friends.

Needed a new physician because I just moved here. I have many chronic illnesses that need attention regularly. I showed up twice per Vivian’s orders, and NO ONE was there to treat me!!! TWICE!! Once shame on you, twice shame on me. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time. No compassion. Not there problem apparently. Excuses excuses excuses. Oh, but the kid in the office says to me the second time “I guess I should’ve called you yesterday” very meekly, like no big deal! YEAH!! YA THINK?? My husband wouldn’t have taken the day off!! Soooo disappointed in physicians today.

Lovely experience at her Boynton Beach office. Vivian Carta-Sanchez is fantastic. I had avoided doctors for a while after some bad experiences but needed to establish myself with a primary. She is thorough, she listens, and she makes you feel comfortable and cared for. The girls in the front and the medical assistant were all very kind and professional. You are not treated like a number here, you are treated as a person, the way it should be. I'm so grateful to have found this office.

Dr. Sanchez was by far one of the most amazing physicians I have ever experienced. She was caring, thoughtful and took time to listen to all of my concerns. She did not rush through the appointment and stayed until all of my questions were answered. She was thorough in both my mental and physical exam. I would recommend her to anyone.

Vivian Sanchez is caring and takes time to explain your condition. She listens and goes out of her way to help in any way she can. Everyone that I know that sees her, loves her....I recommend her highly....Her secretary Sylvia, also helped me when I needed a visit to Vivian suddenly....she was able to squeeze me in the same day...I have known Vivian for years now and I really feel confident in all her decisions.

Dr Sanchez and her staff are "the best". Dr. Sanchez is very compassionate, understanding and truly listen's to what her patient's are trying to say. She has always goes above and beyond. I have never had a Dr who truly takes an interest in my well being. Thank You, Dr Sanchez for always being there when I needed you the most.

Vivian is wonderful! She was made to a doctor. She is extremely concerned about her patiencients. if there is any criticism is that she spends too much time with her pateintcients. She is very concerned about their health and she always wants to do the best for all of her patiencients
