The techniques and materials used were noticeably outdated, seemingly a decade old, and there was a complete absence of modern digital tools for monitoring nutrition, which felt out of step in today's tech-focused world. Moreover, the sessions often deviated into personal stories about her children, leading to discussions more about parenting than nutrition. This not only reduced the professionalism of the consultations but also distracted from the main focus. A significant concern was the nutritionist's communication style. She tended to lecture rather than engage in a two-way conversation, rarely taking the time to thoroughly explain nutritional concepts. This made it difficult to grasp the reasoning behind her dietary advice and was frustrating for someone seeking a deeper understanding of their nutrition plan.
