I really like Dr Desai and in all my visits, I find he spends lots of time with me explaining and answering questions. I have never been rushed and find his staff to be professional and courteous.

I like the Doctor ok, but he barely spends two minutes with you. And I feel like they just want to sell. I am having a difficult time trusting a place where they sell glasses.

I randomly selected this doctor because I ran out of contacts BUT it was a great experience! Dr. Desai was very professional and efficient. He got me in and out in a matter of 15 minutes! The office is very clean and the front desk staff is friendly. The also have a great eyeglass selection.

I would not go to this place again, the staff is nice but Dr. Desai will rush you out of the appointment as quickly as possible. He gave me a total of 4 minutes to look at my vision and talk about any concerns. He's not personable, does not make eye contact, does not care about the patient. I've been with him for 2 years but my last appointment did it for me.
I did not even get time to talk about my astigmatism as I was rushed out of the office so Dr. Desai can move on to the next appointmen
