Dr. Vimi Masters is very hands on. She shows actual concern for my diagnosis. She really follows up with me regarding the instructions she's given me to make sure I do them. She has her staff (Robin) contact me with any information needed or to be given. She is very direct in referring to specific specialists for different things following thru on the referrals she's made for me. She is very compassionate about my case. All personnel in her office I have come in contact with are exceptional.
