This optometrist was extremely rude. I waited 1:hr. And 45 min past my scheduled appointment time. No restroom. No apology. When he finally saw me he was short, dismissive and unempathetic. He was not a caring clinician at all. He made fun of my accent as English is my second language . Rude and unprofessional . He was also rude with his staff in front of me. . Stay away from him.
