Never accepts responsibility for her mistakes
I was an inpatient told I would have testing results within 24 hours. 3 days later still in the hospital and no results. Through investigation it was determined she had never ordered the tests stat and proceeded to blame all other departments for her incompetence. Turns out this has been going on for years with her with no intervention from management.
