It about her problems
She is a good counselor, very knowledgeable and gives you books and information to read. The problem is that she always talks about herself, her family and her problems! I started to feel like the sessions I was paying for was for her OWN therapy and it really upset me so I quit going. In the end I felt like I was wasting my money. I do not feel that it is appropriate for a counselor to constantly talk about their problems instead of the patients...

Worst therapist experience I’ve ever had!
Victoria tries and says she can take on issues that she does not have knowledge of a lot of her answers are along the lines of “ let me research that”… I get it sometimes, I felt uncomfortable with her at times. She tried to relate to me, but at the same time she over shared about her husband and personal life, I felt like there was no clear plan in place. When I told her I wasn’t I wasn’t going to see her anymore she got defensive about it.
