My teen son saw Dr. Norton regularly for 3 months. When he was experiencing a true crisis, she did not respond to repeated messages from my son and myself. During their regular, twice weekly sessions, she did not even begin to help my son understand what was causing his distress. Thousands of dollars and many hours later, we're worse off as a family then when my son started seeing her. A note to parents: be wary - she has a friendly demeanor, but she will make you feel judged and she will question your parenting choices.

Loved our experience! We were reluctant to see a psychologist and put it off for several years hoping that difficulties with school would work themselves out. Dr. Norton made the process easy for our 10 year old son, and for us!
