HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! She ridiculed me, mocked me, accused me and it was obvious to my sister and I that she didn't like me as a person,. I always go in with an open mind and willing to let things go, maybe someone had a bad day ext... This was over the top... I have spinal bacterial osteomyolitis and resultant severe back pain. She made it seem like I just wanted drugs and was more concerned about my "not walking" than the pain. (I'm already a wheelchair user so this made no sense what so ever.)
