Lied to me about a real Dr. Being in the clinic she use to run only using that Dr license lied about results of my test when I confronted her with the results after getting a copy she goes in her office want talk I call to find out if it's because of the insurance company so then she filed harressment charges she caused me 2 heart attacks by over loading me on pills was on 13 differnt med I have just filed medacade fraud on her

It's been a couple of years since I had the distinct pleasure of having had Victoria as my nurse practitioner but after seeing she has a profile online, I feel compelled to post a rating.
She was THE most caring I have known in decades. While my INSURANCE (Medicaid) is limited, she took great care & time to look up things that most haven't bothered to do. I would recommend her, 100%, to all in need of expertise. She KNOWS what she's doing, and researches, diligently, to be certain.

Would not recommend.. been seeing over a year and NEVER had physical exam.. breast issue and swollen lymph nodes in neck...never laid bands on me to check neck or breast... ended appt didn't return to room I still had questions... where is the "real" doctor here??? Very disappointed expressed my feelings to staff... no response.....

The staff here is INCREDIBLY rude with the exception of one nurse. I called to get results of a blood test and was told it didn't matter and when I asked to speak to the nurse in the office about it I was told I didn't need to because she already knew what the nurse would tell me. When this was mentioned at my next appointment I was told by Jacobs that it's their protocol...not to allow your patients to have questions answered and treated with respect?? Absolutely ridiculous.

Great place to go pass out drugs like candy. Especially after she was told they were abusing them on several occasions. Nice to know we have a friendly drug dealer in Athens Tx.
