I was so hesitant to see a professional but a friend talked me into it and I’m so glad she did. Vickie is amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I left the session feeling empowered and ready to make some changes. She is wonderful.

I was in a rut and needed help. I felt like my life was stagnent and going nowhere. A friend of mine suggested I see Vickie for some life coaching. BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE!!! Vickie's motivation and encouragement has turned me around and I feel better, mentally and physically, than I ever have. Not only did she show me the areas in my life I needed to concentrate on, become more focused with, but also encouraged me to get to the gym and I've lost 43 pounds. What a wonderful person!!

What a wonderful, compassionate, caring, understanding, knowledgeable and resourceful woman Ms. Cocklin is! Me. Cocklin has helped me with my own issues and improved the relationship I have with my wife and children, extended family and coworkers. I can't say enough wonderful things about her and how professional she is! I can say my mental wellness is great and my relationship with my wife never better!
