Telehealth
I had a very disappointing experience with this provider. From the start, there were several issues with professionalism and communication. The provider seemed disorganized and unclear about the details of the service, which made the whole process stressful. There were multiple instances of unclear and disjointed communication, including voicemails left on separate days that were difficult to understand, leading to confusion when trying to schedule an appointment.Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, and it was difficult to feel comfortable or supported. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this provider for therapy or evaluations.
