Very VERY rude to clients. Proven multiple times to be unable to accurately answer questions nor does she provide any teaching or reasoning to support her answers. The vast majority of her answers to any client questions are very short and terse and it is evident that she is not competent or confident even in her knowledge concerning nutrition.

Vesta always provided clear, concise dietary explanations & really listened to my questions. Always incredibly friendly & so easy to talk to. I felt almost like we were friends after a few visits. She provided viable options to accommodate my gluten allergy & organic preferences.

She uses the same cookie cutter diet for everyone and can't answer any of your questions, she is just there to make money off of weight loss surgery pt's. Please save your money and go to some one else that actually cares about your well being.
