Yesterday was my first appointment and I will definitely return. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Veronica treated me like a person instead of number.

Dr. Sirls is great about talking about health issues. She takes the time like you’re the only patient she has to see, her staff is also excellent.

Refuses referal for problem I have already seen her for.

Veronica is very good to me. She has helped me a great deal with my health problems. I tell her what is happening to me and she gets work on the problem. Veronica is very knowledgeable. Getting A referral has been very slow and she told me she was having problems. But she been working hard that. Her staffs always been great. My wait time has been short. I recently got sick and they had one opening the day I went to see her. I was going be late, they told not worry come on in. The best people.

This place is a disaster!! Asked for 2 referrals and and prescription refills... three weeks later? No referrals Had to hound them for update on refill status - still don't have meds Never got the link to web portal - called twice about this Called multiple time to get x-ray results - told I have scoliosis - nurse couldn't answer ANY questions and still no follow up Doesn't know the difference between diabetes (body produces NO insulin) and insulin resistance, one of the biggest problems in US

RUDE. Doesn't listen and rushes through appointments. Snarky attitude when she disagrees or doesn't understand something (and no attempt to actually clarify, bit she'll definitely take the time to mock you for not agreeing). Prescribed medication I've already tried that doesn't work because she didn't read the nurse assisant's notes, didn't say what she was prescribing or why). Not worth the time, money, or frustration.

Best primary care doctor I've ever had. Fantastic. Thank you! Great office staff, great nursing staff, fantastic doctor.
