Kind, Nurturing, Helpful
I went in for one health issue and ended up with a referral to a gynecologist, a primary care physician, and a therapist. I am new to the area and have never had insurance before now, so I didn't even know where to start when it came to healthcare. Vanya treated me for the health issues that I came into the urgent care with, as well as taking the time to listen to the other issues I was facing. During the appointment, she was so kind, and understanding and made me so happy and grateful that I even shed a few tears. I hope I won't need to, but if I ever have to go to urgent care again, I will visit Primary Health on Chinden and Linder, and hope to see her.
