Amazing!!!
Vanessa has completely changed my mind about what therapy can be about. From day one I did not feel like it was just me paying to talk to someone and them nodding and smiling as they thought about cashing my check. She not only is a great listener, but is very quick to provide insight, options, homework on how to address specific issues. She is extremely knowledgeable and pro-active yet very compassionate and easy to talk to about even the most difficult issues. She moves at a pace which is comfortable to me, and if I'm ever needing a break or something is becoming too much for me we can back off and pick it back up when I'm ready. I 110% recommend Vanessa!

She is compassionate, but I am not sure that the EMDR she does is safe. At some point, she told me to destroy something with a hammer, metaphorically, I don't think that is OK. I felt that I destroyed something that was important in my personality and that there were negative consequences.
