Vanessa is an incredibly warm, supportive, intelligent, and caring individual. I met with Dr Ruiz to resolve tiredness, fatigue, and long standing depression. I loved how she was able to facilitate me truly appreciating my own accomplishments. Also, in a simple and effective way she helped me identify the main contributors to my depression and provided ways and support to move past them. I would highly recommend Vanessa to anyone seeking treatment for depression, PTSD, and emotional trauma.
