Hi, as a transgender woman, just the use of the preferred name that I have on file, I've let everyone know multiple times, even on this message, they use my legal name and I don't use that in my daily life at all. It's actually distressing and creates poor health outcomes for me to go through that, especially when it's said out loud. Just don't do that. Just use the name on file that I have as my preferred name. It's not even a preference, it's my name, Charlie. That's it. And that's what I would appreciate. I think I might have to bring it up to the center OC or someone else just because it just seems outrageous and almost on purpose, but it can't be done. But I have hope for the future. Thank you.

The medical professional did not take the time to see the medications I took, or the comments about my health and the diagnosis I had.

I am very unhappy. Because I was waiting for Dr. Valerie. More than one hour. In the room. I arrived 10am. My appointment was 10:20. The doctor came to talk to me until 11:15 It seems like too long to wait

This has been the worst experience, the provider seemed confused and came in talking to me in Spanish assuming i speak spanish because of my appearance, then she assumed that i was going through menopause which im not even old enough for. I kept answering her questions and she kept asking me the same questions like she wasn't listening to me. She seemed confused and like her mind was elsewhere. Then to top it off they forgot about me in the room for 2 hrs until i walked out in the hallway and asked if anyone was going to help me. I was there from 12-3:30 which is redicilous my time is valuable too and i spent 2 hours waiting forgot about and the assistant told me i was forgotten about. Then when i asked for the supervisors phone number the phone number they gave me was a jumber that was no longer in service

I really appreciate Valerie Van's expertise, caring & professionalism! She truly cares about getting me healthy & is thorough! I'm so relieved!! Dr Kipp was driven by ego & forced me to take meds that caused cancer in 100% of lab animals tested on; when I asked for something else he said there was no other option which was a lie. (It's on My Chart). Meds got me very sick @ didnt work!!! Another team got me meds that worked. Valerie Van is a breath of fresh air. She sincerely wants to help. Dr Kipp judt cared about his ego. I'm still upset.

Good afternoon, I didn't have a good experience with the doctor because I have diabetes and I had run out of medication. I had returned from another clinic where I was referred back to you. The doctor did more of a cursory check on me, just briefly checked my heart and put her stethoscope on my back but never checked my feet as she should have. She only prescribed a refill of my medication and told me to have my blood pressure taken again. They told me it had been many months since my last check because I came from another clinic. So, that's what happened when I called.

I didnt like waiting for long hours I waited 2 hours very slow paced every time I go I always wait very long hours
