Horrible experience with Val. While she considers herself an expert in many fields we received conflicting advice and opinions from other SLPs and experts. She treated my child with little respect, was careless and would not be prepared for virtual sessions. She refused to listen to parent feedback and said inappropriate things to our family. We have worked with several other SLPs and Val has been the only one we have an issue with. We have since found a new private speech therapist, my child is making much more progress, and we and couldn't be happier. I only wish we had switched sooner.
