I saw this doctor multiple times and she would spend the majority of the visit going over my medication list. Even when I had seen her a few weeks prior. She refused to address the issues I requested that she address and that she said we’d address at my next appointment. Her bedside manner is nonexistent. She’s cold and unempathetic. She does NOT view your healthcare as a collaborative effort between the two of you. She does not care what works for you, what you’ve done in the past, what doesn’t work for you. She pushes her on agenda on everything whether you like it or not. And I’m not talking about pain management specifically. It’s everything. She simply does not listen to her patients and does not value their feelings or insights they have into their own bodies. Avoid this practitioner at all costs.

I found her to be very professional and yet very friendly and helpful. A good listener. I had been looking for a new PCP and am very satisfied that I have found someone I can talk to and depend upon for good information. She took the time to go over previous computer entries from past PCPs and we were able to update the info together. I am very happy to have found her.

I am totally comfortable with Valerie....she is always supportive and very concerned about me. Her exams are well done and I have never felt rushed by her.
