Wonderful provider
She listens, takes the whole patients’ health into account, and is a wonderful patient advocate. After years of bad experiences with other providers, I feel so lucky to have found her.

She just left the office that she was working at. Her and her assistant packed up and left. Not a care or worry for her patients that need medication. She is cold, rude and I really dont think she spent enough time with her patients. It seemed like a cattle call in and out, because she always came into work late and was running behind. No wonder she bounces around city to city.

I would HIGHLY recommend not visiting Valerie Burgelin. I am baffled how she is allowed to work in mental health care. She demanded I tell her what medication to prescribe myself. How am I suppose to know? I didn't study what medication to prescribe someone. I had to google names of medication because she refused to explain anything. The rudest most vile woman I have ever met. It is unbelievable a health care provider would act in such a way. She told me to just "get over" my anxiety

I took my 14 year old son with extreme anxiety and extreme panics to see her for medication management on the referral of our counselor. She refused to see him because I would not leave him alone in the room with her. First of all...he is a minor, second does she not know who she is seeing. Again a 14 year old with extreme panic and anxiety disorder. She actually did harm by this. I would absolutely NOT recommend this cold, callous and uncaring so called "professional."
