NP DeMayo is knowledgeable, however he makes me feel rushed and does not listen to patient input or provide timely answers to questions/concerns. His personality seems indifferent to patient concerns and sensitives. Follow-up on medications prescribed and pre-established refills is disjointed and not reliable. Advance notification of blood work and other things like X-rays, CT-Scans etc. is weak and made in a disjointed fashion. With regard to office protocols and procedural logistics, he seems tone deaf and does not seem to care. In all, bedside manner needs attention and oversight.
