I had a disappointing experience with a therapist who didn't seem to listen or provide any meaningful advice. From the beginning, it was evident that they were not fully engaged in our session. They appeared distracted and disinterested, which made it difficult for me to open up about my concerns.Throughout the session, I shared my thoughts and feelings, but it felt like they were merely going through the motions. They didn't ask probing questions or seek clarification on important points. Instead, they offered generic and superficial responses that didn't address the depth of my concerns.
