Rude, curt, dismissive, invalidating. She has a superiority complex and is a poor listener. Perhaps nuances of first vs second language barrier and cultural differences. Regardless, you are a body and not a human to this NP.

I can't say enough good things about Valentina Moore. She is thorough, thoughtful, friendly, funny, compassionate, honest, knowledgeable and not one time did I feel like she was rushing to get out of the room. She dictated as she was typing on my chart, of which all of her thoughts can be read on "MyChart." She even called back later that evening because I had a question for the tech and he said he would let her know. I would highly recommend her to any of my family and friends. I truly appreciated and am very grateful for her time and patience with my issues.
