Awful patient care - Details included below
Telehealth
To begin- I have never left a negative review for any business but especially not of a healthcare provider but I truly feel like I owe it to anyone who is taking time to find themselves or a loved one a psychiatrist, that they should NOT use Valentina D. or the Able Psychiatry practice. Valentina is the LEAST friendly care provider I have ever worked with. Each tele-health appointment felt like I was talking to a wall and she was responding to each of my concerns with a robot-like facial and verbal response. With that being said, I continued to see Valentina because: it is already difficult to find a psychiatrist in the city and I didn't want to judge the overall care on just her lack of bed-side manner- MISTAKE! I should have listened to my gut!Valentina continuously ignored my requests to focus on other areas of care specifically my anxiety but instead she just kept discussing what SHE wanted to talk about and overall I felt like just someone she can bill for payment.
