If I could, I would rate this provider a ZERO. I called to arrange a pre-surgical assessment and found him to be arrogant, dismissive, and extremely defensive just over the phone. He constantly interrupted me while I was trying to ask questions or explain what I needed and at one point, he even said "I don't need to listen to you, I'm a psychologist." Add to this the fact that he wanted to do three-hour psychological testing for pre-surgery clearance and I would say, this Dr. is not only rude but greedy as well. When I scheduled with another provider from my surgeon's list, I asked how long the testing would be and she said about an hour. I said great; someone else said three hours and she said "Yes, I've heard all about him before. Other people have said the same as you." It is disturbing that a person such as he is treating patients on a regular basis.
