Outstanding physician. Highly personable and down to earth, he made me - a real “I don’t need to see a doctor” kind’a guy - feel immediately comfortable. He then took the time to actually hear me so he could understand my symptoms, what was going on with me and what I was feeling. Some urgent care interactions feel more like an assembly line as they need to push you through the system in order to make room for the next “customer”. This was not the case here. He asked questions, LISTENED to my answers, then we discussed the best options for treatment. In doing so he explained things in a way that I easily understood and helped me feel confident in the chosen course of action. He then noticed and took several minutes to discuss a previous diagnosis and health condition I am currently dealing with and shared some personal and professional thoughts and insights that were much appreciated. I wish he was taking on patients as a primary care physician as he’d be my first choice.
