Dr. Tyler has an inside out approach and believes health starts from the inside which I really appreciate. He had me stop eating a few foods I was sensitive to which helped my knee pain and recommended a few vitamins needed to balance my hormones which helped my low back pain. He worked out all the tight muscles throughout my body to create flexibility to help my joints and once most of my muscles were activating he started adjusting my joints. I like that appointments are 1 hour.
