Nice guy, bad office
Wait times are ridiculous! Any appointment is minimum over an hour and not accommodating to your schedule. Nice doctor but staff is organized and doesn’t know how to schedule properly. Moving on to different office!

Wait time is ALWAYS more than 45 minutes, always over booked. Some staff are not reliable, or totally incompetent.

I like a doctor who is straight and to the point, and that’s Dr. Duong. He has always told all the information I needed, and during an emergency he get me my referrals and doctors. He has a great staff, call backs, confirm appointments and cover each other when need be.

He knows nothing and never gave an appropriate diagnosis.. it’s a guessing game for him. He tells you to go straight to the ER when he doesn’t know the answer. Trust me . My mom saw him for 10 plus years , he never referred her to hepatologist, even after knowing she contracted hepatitis C in 1974 due to a blood transfusion administered to her during her gall bladder removal surgery and 2 weeks ago she passed away. He did nothing to help her live longer. I told her to change her PCP many times.

This is a horrible establishment for health care... i wouldn't recommend sending your families here. This Doctor is a sorry excuse for a practitioner and not to mention the horrible employees that make the whole experience even worse from Beginning to End… Low Educational Standards at the facility Take it from me & do yourself a favor : Save your money, Save Your Gas, Save your Time & dont come here Bottom Line: Don't expect a Prescription/Referall or anything Healthy for that matter

Changing doctors 2 hour+ wait every time most of the time md doesnt even have results back from specialists he referrred,not coming back here
