I have been under Tory Kraft's care for approximately seven weeks, for a persistent problematic impingement. Not once have I arrived without the first question; I am asked is to discuss my present symptoms. I notice before he sees me, he is carefully reviewing my file. Troy is a provider who listens closely to what you say, and modifies physical therapy, both in office and for your home protocol's. You never feel time pressured and he has carefully explained every challenging exercise I have been assigned. He modifies the regimen regularly and while I still have some impingement, I can comfortably say that surgery is no longer a likelihood for me. In fact, through Troy Kraft's supervision, and those that work with him, I am well on my way to what I believe will be a full recovery.
