Unprofessional and terrible overall experience
Not only could his office get my order correct, the doctor himself is very unprofessional and will go out of his way to place blame on anyone or anything. If you attempt to bring up issues - he will gaslight you and lie to save face; he was clearly irritated that I took issues with his how his office and he had lied to me as well as have my products incorrect multiple times. I have never in all my life been treated so poorly by a 'professional'. I highly recommend this doctor be avoided.

love Dr. Troy, very good at what he does and his staff that he works with are amazing as well. Have been going to him for years, have referred many new patients to him and will remain with him until for some reason, I can't.
