While explaining a proposed procedure, provider started the conversation with "I'm legally required to tell you this information" which is okay, but not necessarily reassuring to hear first thing out of her mouth. She reiterated it a few times as well and this made me have some doubts as to the safety of the "routine" procedure as well as the provider's ability to perform the procedure and the quality of care at the facility it would be occurring at.

The dr. told me that all was good and I told her well do some tests from her part and she said no. And I told her then I am wasting my time and I am making you waste your time and I left.
