I tried to book an appointment and they weren’t taking any new clients; staff was really curt and dismissive; probably not the best approach to take with people trying to get psychiatric help for their children.

My husband called as a new patient for our son who is struggling. He was taken back by how rude she was. She isn’t taking new patients so don’t waste your time.
