Dr. Rigby CARES About Patients
I have been profoundly hard of hearing since I was 3 years old. What little hearing I have, Dr. Rigby is able to help make sure I have access to the latest and best technology available to help me function in the hearing world. My career depends on it! He also takes great care in monitoring to preserve what little I hearing have left. I recently had a noticeably huge drop in hearing over night in my right ear and Dr. Rigby made himself available the next day to get me treated as quickly as possible (apparently this is considered an emergency if this happens) and I did not have an appointment. He was able to get me in with the Ear, Nose & Throat Specialist right next door (walked over with me) to administer treatment. All of his appointments are in person, which is essential to people with hearing loss and especially if you have a medical emergency as I did. Telehealth Audiologist are not able to help you at this capacity and do not offer the same personalized care.
